Purchase Policy and Reimbursement

When you order, you authorise The Annals of Saint Anne to debit your credit card for the amount of your purchase order, including shipment fees and taxes when applicable.

Customs duty fees (enforced by the Border service of your country) may apply when shipping to foreign countries. All pricings are estimated in Canadian dollars, and will automatically be converted in your country’s currency by the institution that manages your credit card.

We Advocate a Total Satisfaction Policy

If a product is damaged upon reception, please return it no later than seven days after reception in its original packaging, and ship to the following address:

The Annals of Saint Anne will take charge of the shipment fees.

Method of Payment

We accept payments by check or with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. All credit card purchases are secured by PayPal.

Taxes

For parcel post outside of Canada : no applicable taxes.

For parcel post to Quebec, the federal (5%) and the provincial tax (7,5%) will be applicable.

For parcel post to Newfoundland and Labrador, to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, provincial and federal taxes are superseded by a harmonized sales tax (HST) of 13%. A 5% federal tax is applicable in all other Canadian provinces.

Security and Privacy

The Annals of Saint Anne guaranties secure online transactions and strict confidentiality for all your personal information. Personal information will not be sold or given to a third party.

Is it Possible to Terminate my Subscription?

Online Subscription

It is possible to terminate a subscription, but you will not be reimbursed. The subscriber can transfer his subscription to another person, but must advise us by email.

Paper Format Subscription

It is possible to terminate a subscription and obtain reimbursement that will be adjusted according to expiry date. A subscription is transferable to another person in the event of death of the subscriber. Please advise The Annals of Saint Anne through email, by telephone or by mail.
